Badghis University considers the progress, development, and welfare of society, the main factor of which is higher education, as its main goal, and will spare no effort in this regard.
True happiness depends on a sound understanding and wise implementation of religious guidelines, and material progress and progress depend on understanding the traditions and mysteries of the God-given world of nature, which is not possible except through the application of specialized knowledge and professional development.
