Alhaj Samiullah Samim, as the financial and administrative deputy of Badghis Higher Education Institute, was appointed based on the proposal No. 632 dated 14-11-1443 of the head of the office of the honorable official of the Ministry of Higher Education and the decree No. 2626 dated 26-11-1443 of the high official of the ministry, honorable Alhaj Samiullah ‹Samim › Extraordinary Representative of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Badghis Higher Education Institute has been appointed as the financial assistant in this institution, the leadership, professors and employees of Badghis Higher Education Institute while congratulating them, pray to God Almighty for their increasing success.
